Exciting Changes at Pueblo Pilates – Here’s What You Need to Know!

We’re excited to announce some big updates at Pueblo Pilates! Whether you’ve been following along or are just finding out, here’s everything you need to know to stay in the loop:

We’re upgrading our studio with brand-new equipment, including Reformers, Arcs, Boxes, Poles, Circles, and Balls.

Adjustable for all heights & body types
Improved comfort & accessibility

Booking System Upgrade: Welcome to WellnessLiving

Starting February 14th, we’re transitioning from PunchPass to WellnessLiving to improve your booking experience.

If You Have an Active Class Pack:

Your account, class packs & reservations, through March 14, will be automatically transferred.
You’ll receive an email with a link to set up your WellnessLiving account—just follow the link, update your info, and sign the waiver.
Important: After logging in, double-check your reservations to ensure everything is transferred correctly.

If You Don’t Have an Active Class Pack:

You can register for WellnessLiving directly through our website after the switch.

Pricing Update (Effective February 14)

To support ongoing studio improvements:

Class prices will increase by $1–$1.50 per class.
This will not affect any previously purchased unused Class Packages.
Good news: Active class pack holders can purchase passes at current prices for 2 additional months after the switch.

Tip: Account transfers to WellnessLiving begin Monday, February 10th so grab a backup class pack by February 9 to ensure your account transfer and lock in current rates for the additional 2 months!

Updated Cancellation Policy (Effective February 14)

Our new policy is more flexible and waitlist-friendly:

Booking: Reserve your spot up to 2 hours before class.
Cancellations: Cancel without penalty with at least 8 hours’ notice.
Late Cancellations (within 8 hours): One class will be deducted from your pass.
Last-Minute Bookings: Booking within 8 hours? You’ll have 30 minutes to cancel without penalty.
